Sale Items and Discounts Policy

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for refund. If noted on the product page, sale items may be returned for size exchange or website credit.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Free Worldwide Shipping

Receive free one-way shipping on product and service orders totaling $150 USD or more after discounts are applied.

For orders that include alteration services, customers are responsible for shipping or delivering garments to us. Free shipping applies only to the return shipment and is not a two-way shipping service.

Shipping, Delivery, and Tracking

All shipping services used by Williamsburg Garment Company include tracking and standard carrier insurance.

Delivery to the address provided by the customer, as confirmed by carrier tracking, shall constitute proof of delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Williamsburg Garment Company is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Return authorizations must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days at the customer's expense. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original tags.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns received more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refund unless delayed by the shipping carrier.

Any item that has been altered is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited. All alteration fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 21–31 days after returned merchandise is received and inspected. Williamsburg Garment Company reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with these terms and may charge additional shipping fees after multiple exchange shipments.

International Returns

International customers must declare returned packages as "Return of USA Merchandise" to avoid customs delays and additional fees. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges.

Service Returns (Alteration Services)

Alteration services are non-refundable. Williamsburg Garment Company may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund, credit, or other resolution when circumstances warrant.

Any garment that has alterations added is final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. All alteration charges are final.

Customers requesting cancellation of an alteration order must submit their request by email. Cancellation requests are not considered approved until Williamsburg Garment Company responds with written approval.

If a refund is approved, please allow up to 21 days for processing.

Custom-Made Jeans Policy

Custom-made jeans may be canceled for a refund only before production begins. It is understood that the custom-made jeans process can take time, depending on how many fit corrections are required and how many customer orders are ahead in production.

If pattern development has begun but sewing of the final jeans has not started, customers may request cancellation. Pattern charges, fit sample costs, shipping costs, and any completed work are non-refundable. Any remaining balance may be refunded.

Pattern development charges are fees for pattern-making services and development time only. Payment of a pattern charge does not transfer ownership of any pattern, design, grading, specification, or intellectual property. All patterns developed by Williamsburg Garment Company remain the sole property of Williamsburg Garment Company.

Once pattern development begins, the pattern charge becomes non-refundable.

Once cutting, sewing, or production of the final jeans begins, the order becomes non-refundable and non-cancelable.

Completed custom-made jeans are non-refundable, non-returnable, and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Customers requesting cancellation of a custom-made order must submit their request by email. Cancellation requests are not considered approved until Williamsburg Garment Company responds with written approval.

If a refund is approved, please allow up to 21 days for processing.

Holiday Returns (November 24 – December 25)

Purchases made between November 24 and December 25 may be returned through January 15, subject to all other return eligibility requirements.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

In-stock items generally ship within two business days. If you do not receive a tracking number within three business days, please contact us for an estimated shipping date.
